Endless back-and-forth trips to your accountant office are a thing of the past! With the “Donye's Accounting” mobile app, you can keep track of scheduled appointments and messages between the accountant and you, and updates about the company. It’s simple to use, saves you time, and decreases the number of times you have to go to your accountant office.
How the “Donye's Accounting” app works in 3 simple steps
Step 1: Download the app and create your new account (it's free!)
Simply head over to either Google Play or the Apple App store to download the app to your device. Then, create an account using your email address and a password.
Step 2: Book as many appointments as you'd like
Once you’ve registered, you can schedule an appointment with us or message us right away.
Step 3: Upload files that we need in order to do your taxes or bookkeeping
Click on the download button and upload as many files as you want. Also you can email us at donyesaccounting@yahoo.com to send documents to us as well. There is a way for you to message us in the app and we can send each other zoom links and have a chat about what you are looking for specifically, or just explain it in the message on the app itself.

There is a guest view button so you can check out our app before you create a profile to see if you want to actually work with us.
Tip: Only book appointments and pay when you are logged in because the guest view doesn't have any way for me to know who you are.

Payment Page
Use our easy to use payment function to make payments to us. All you have to do is put in your card information and press pay now. It's that simple. Once you do that we can take out the payments monthly from our end on stripe, so no need to re-enter your card information, or you can login into the app and pay again monthly on your own.
Tip: To access it go to your profile and click on the credit card symbol next to the pay here.
